Sanjay is a specialist in business turnaround, restructuring and growth strategies. he possesses extensive hands on experience in matters relating to organizational development, leadership alignment, employee engagement and business operational efficiency. He benefits greatly as a consultant from his close client partnerships and his formative education in the investment and retail banking sectors.

​​Stefan is an entreupener and proven business facilitator within the Global Executive Search and Human Capital Advisory industries.  He is widely acknowledged as one of the regions leading authorities on all matters related to talent management, people development and talent acquisition and has handled projects in over 35 countries worldwide.

With an unparalleled network, Stefan's longevity and success in this market speaks for itself spanning over the last 30 years. He has run his own successful Advisory business and has held Partner and Managing Director roles in various firms in Europe and the Middle East including the Boyden Corporation.

Stefan has amassed a global network at C and C-1 levels within multiple industry sectors. He specializes in partnering with leading businesses in the Middle East & Africa regions having covered this market since the year 2000.

He started his career in the UK after having been a professional sportsman and then moved into commercial roles spanning automotive and general industry. Stefan has worked on behalf of some of the world’s largest companies and is the first port of call for executives who are familiar with his regional experience and track record.

Stefan is also a regular contributor within the Middle East media inclusive of Radio and Print and is also an experienced Presenter and Executive Coach who has mentored a number of senior Executives within the Middle East region. Due to his vast experience and excellent reputation Stefan has delivered various presentations and workshops to EMBA students at INSEAD, LBS, SP Jain and CASS Business schools.

HS Cheek (Cheek) has more than 30 years of extensive experience in General Management, Sales, Operations, and Strategy development & implementation, gained in international markets. His Scope of experience includes Start Up, Build & Grow, Continuous Improvement (The Toyota Way) and M&A.

He has extensive experience and in depth knowledge in Global Automotive Aftermarket Parts Industry.

With his strong interpersonal and leadership skill he is able to interact with multiple stakeholders and inspire people to achieve their best.

Cheek has built up a great reputation and senior network having operated in senior leadership roles across multiple geographies.

​Tom Powell,
​IT & TELECOMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR

​​Tom Powell has over 30 years’ experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry.

Tom has ammassed significant experience working on large scale IT and Telecoms infrastructure projects across a range of industries and technology areas, most notably E-Government, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Healthcare, Retail, Construction and Free Zones / Intelligent Cities - much of this experience has been related to new business creation or major Business Process and Technology change projects.

Prior to being an independent consultant Tom held senior Management positions at: Injazat Data System (EDS Joint Venture with Mubadala in the UAE);  Sun Microsystems in the Middle East & Africa region and Cable & Wireless in the UK.  Prior to Tom’s career in IT & Telecoms he graduated as a Mining Engineer in South Africa and worked in the Gold Mining industry for 5 years.

As a current focus Tom spends most of his energy helping organisations (small and large) to address key challenges around using technology to best effect.  Covering all aspects of IT encompassing: Business & Technology alignment and strategy; digital disruption; business process management; applications and IT infrastructure optimisation, IT Organisation and service delivery model; business requirement analysis; IT solutions procurement and deployment.

Tom lives in Dubai and has been based in the UAE for the last 19 years. Tom assists GHCM Groups clients with vital IT solutions and interventions that will ensure they stay ahead of the curve in the crucial charge for technological innovation, advancement and edge.

John is an exceptional consultant with vast experience within the UK and Middle East Automotive sectors. His analytical thinking, cultural awareness and innovation have been instrumental in client organizations turning around and realigning their businesses. 

John possesses a demonstrable track record of helping build and develop successful teams at both Dealership and National levels in the tightest of markets and with minimal resources. His ability to identify opportunity and implement processes that deliver excellent results in customer satisfaction, brand development and financial performance are prevalent within each organization that he has worked with.

He is fully conversant with all Operations at both Dealership and Importer level and has always made a positive measurable contribution to the collective success of the team with regards to motivation, culture, end-user experience and providing maximum value and return to the stakeholders of his client businesses. 

John assists our portfolio of automotive clients advising them on market penetration, turnaround and operational strategies. He provides onsite support and implementation of these solutions and also conducts both technical and non-technical training and coaching on behalf of the group.
